Congenital Choledochal Cyst

Abstract
1. During past several years, totally 4 cases of cho edbchal cyst ¢¥were experienced in Preabyterian Medical¢¥ Center in Jeon-ju.
2. Among them; 3 cases were female and all cases were below 20 years age group.
3. In 2 cases in female revealed spontaneus perforation of choledochal cyst, which lead to fulminant bile peritonitis aged 11 months and 10 years respectively.
4. All cases received internal drainage procedure such as choledocho-cysto-jejunostomy (Roux-en-Y) or choledocho-cysto-duodenostomy concomittantly but in 1 case of perforation needed external T-tube drainage primarily.
5. All cases survived but in 1 female complicated by jaundice, right upper quadrant abdominal pain 12 years after operation which still un-proven surgically.
